Rodeo season is here!  In honor of it, we are offering show-stopping Cowboy Steaks. These bone-in ribeyes are cut the width of the rib bone.  The rib bone is "frenched", leaving the bone exposed for a spectacular plate appearance.  Each steak is fit to feed a feast, weighing between 2 and 2.5 lbs.

Here is 3 lbs of our fresh, local Cross Rib (Espaldilla). This cute is known for its rich, beefy flavor. Features roasts ideal for slow-cooking as well as more tender, grill-ready cuts. Each steak is 4 - 6 oz.  They come in a 24 oz. pkg.  This price is for the package. Cube steak, is tenderized by pounding or cubing with a meat tenderizer. Often used for chicken-fried steak or Swiss steak recipes, cube steak is versatile and cooks quickly. It's typically pan-fried or braised, then smothered in gravy or sauce for added flavor and tenderness.
