We are a small startup and every piece of our jerky is hand cut, hand seasoned and smoked to perfection. Every single piece is artisan made and treated no differently than we would treat a $75 steak, that's how much we care about our product and believe in it!

Jack’s Drive-In was built by entrepreneur and businessman Jack Felt in 1960, on the site of an old farmhouse at the intersection of South 12th Avenue and Cleveland Boulevard in Caldwell Idaho. For more than a decade the restaurant operated as a franchised Arctic Circle, until Mr. Felt made the decision to separate his company from the national brand name and adopt a business model that better reflected his love for his community.

More than sixty years has passed since the first hamburger, and today Jack’s Drive-In still reflects its founders passion for good service, delivering the highest quality made to order food using regionally sourced beef, and of course Jack’s original recipes for his taco meat, relish, tartar, salsa, hamburger, and fry sauces.

Jorge Lopez and Daniel Palomera, the founders and co-owners of Casa Añejo, joined forces with a shared vision: to bring their culture to the Treasure Valley. Drawing from their upbringing in Chicano households, they united to establish an environment that beautifully embodies the fusion of Mexican and American cultures. This collective aspiration gave birth to Casa Añejo, a remarkable Chicano restaurant boasting a captivating ambiance, delectable dishes, and extraordinary cocktails. We started Coastal Oak BBQ & Catering as a way to bring a taste of the Central Coast CA, here to Idaho. With our Santa Maria style BBQ pit, red oak wood, and Santa Maria style seasoning, we refuse to stray from what we know makes this BBQ truly authentic. We represent the Susie Q seasoning company that was founded and is still local to Santa Maria, CA where this style of BBQ originates from. Sourcing local meat & never skimping on top quality ingredients is what we stand by. Our staple menu items include juicy tri tip sandwiches on garlic buttered French bread, tri tip tacos, linguisca & homemade salsa. Our meats are cooked over live flame, which is what separates our BBQ from the rest— never smoked. We are a family fruit farm that has been farming since the 1920s. We started in Utah and expanded to Idaho in 2012.Since the beginning of our farm, we have always believed that growing our families was just as important as growing our fruit. What started out as a single family farm now spans four generations. We love sharing this with the community through events, upicks, selling through our farm store, online ordering and giving others an experience on the farm.
