Rodeo season is here! In honor of it, we are offering show-stopping Cowboy Steaks. These bone-in ribeyes are cut the width of the rib bone. The rib bone is "frenched", leaving the bone exposed for a spectacular plate appearance. Each steak is fit to feed a feast, weighing between 2 and 2.5 lbs.
As always, these steaks are cut from local, responsibly-raised beef, grass-fed and grain finished, freshly butchered and delivered to your door.
