Ingredients

  • 4 large fresh Cherry Hill Farms peaches, diced
  • 2 ripe mangoes diced
  • 1 small onion fine cut
  • 1 jalapeno minced remove seeds before mincing to reduce the heat level
  •  cup chopped cilantro
  • 5-10 mint leaves finely chopped
  • Juice of one lime or more to taste
  • Salt to taste

 

 

Directions

SERVES: 4 cups; Total Time: 10 minutes
