Garlic-Sage Steak Topping by The Spruce Eats

 The perfect topping for every kind of steak! Easy to make and the best way to add just a little more flavor to that delicious cut of meat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sage leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

        Directions

        SERVES 8; 2 HOUR 10 MINUTES
        • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using a hand mixer or a wooden spoon, combine the ingredients until they are evenly incorporated.
        • Cover with plastic wrap and place bowl in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or until butter has firmed up.
        • To serve, dollop a heaping spoonful onto cooked steak.
