Ingredients
- 1 lb Extra thick Bacon
- 1 lb Sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tbs Brown Sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste and any other seasonings you prefer

Preheat Oven or Traegger
- Preheat the oven or traeger to 300°F (175°C).

Prepare Bacon Weave
- Place on a cookie sheet and Criss cross bacon piece by piece creating a rectangular weave.
- Press Sausage flat over top of the bacon weave

Cook the eggs
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk together with a little bit of milk, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat on a well greased pan, stirring constantly until fluffy and cooked through.
- Place on top of the pressed sausage.

Fold Together
- Lift edge of bacon weave over and roll in.
- Press the ends of sausage together, closing them off and gently pushing in the bacon. It seems like it’s going to fall apart but it will cook together and close up the bottom.

Coat With Brown Sugar
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the roll, and rub it into the bacon weave.

Put in the oven or on the Traegger
- Gently lift the bacon roll onto the traeger or keep on the cookie sheet and slide into the oven.
- Cook at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Pull, Let Rest, and Serve
