Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Hoagland Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mate
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Oatmeal (or Plain Breadcrumbs)
  • 1.5 fresh Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 pack Lipton Beef Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Small White Onion
  • 1 lb Bacon from Hoagland Meat

Directions

PREP TIME: 15 MIMS ; COOK TIME : 45 MINS; SERVES 4-5 PEOPLE

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Line sheet pan with tin foil or parchment paper for easier cleaning.

2. In a large bowl add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, McCormick Grill Mate, Egg, Oatmeal, Salsa, Ketchup, and Lipton Beef Onion Soup Mix. Mix well until everything is well combined.

3. Transfer mixture onto parchment sheet pan and shape into a skill type shape. See picture below for reference:

4. Take strips of bacon and wrap the meatloaf to look like "bandages" leaving room for a mouth and eyes. Give it as much wrapping as you want!

5. Get your onion, take a layer and cut into the shape of eyes and teeth, placing them onto the meatloaf and pushing them in slightly so they stay in place.

6. Transfer your mummy into the oven. Bake for about 35-45 minutes or until the internal temp is at least 160º F. Bake time varies depending on the size of your mummy!

7. Let rest for 5 minutes and then enjoy!
